Shipping
Expected production and shipping will take 12 to 15 business days.
Returns
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt, purchase order, etc.) is provided
All returns will be inspected. If the item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
