- Our team will review your idea and contact you to discuss and confirm with you the pieces you are looking to create
- Our graphics team will then create a 3D CAD drawing of your required piece and send it to you for your confirmation on the design. The price will also be sent to you including free shipping.
- Upon your confirmation, we begin producing of your jewelry and request your payment.
- The production process starts with our manufacturing team 3D printing your design and casting the 18K gold.
- When the base of the casting is complete, we start working on the fine details as well as the supports of your diamonds and/or gems in case it applies for your order.
- We finally conclude the manufacturing process by polishing and a deep cleansing your piece.
